Volunteering with Hampstead Heath Parkrun
Parkruns are free, timed 5km runs in parks at 9am every Saturday across the country, aimed at runners of all ages and abilities. They’re community events, as much as running events, and they attract a big crowd. They rely on volunteers - find out how to volunteer here. Parkruns are paused during lockdown.

Volunteers also deliver weekend weekend Wild About Hampstead Heath nature interpretation sessions.
